Year-End Statement Has Tax Info

Review your credit union year-end statement for important tax information. The last page of the statement is your Form 1099; you'll need it to prepare your 2009 taxes. The balance of your IRA as of December 31, 2009, is the fair market value reported to the Internal Revenue Service on your behalf. If you have questions, please contact the credit union.
